Clovis Unified School District – Computer and Hot Spot Non-Insured Fees
As a result of damage or loss of a District device, for a parent/student that did not purchase the District insurance policy, the items to the left can be used to pay fees.
The process for paying these fees would be for the parent/student to pay the fees online, and then provide the school site with receipt of payment for the damage or loss.
Once this has been processed, the site can work with the parent/student on replacement as needed. Please note that if a parent wants to purchase insurance for the new device, they will need to do so within 72 hours of issuance of the device to be covered. Sites will need to verify this at the time of replacement.
